COCOAMATO.com, which is powered by shopify.com, uses secure processing called SSL Encryption Technology, which is the industry standard. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is a protocol developed for the transmission of private information over the Internet. SSL uses a private key to encrypt your data, including your credit card information so that it cannot be read while being transferred over the Internet.
COCOAMATO.com respects our customers account information as private and confidential information and will never share this with any outside afflictions or individuals. Your information is secured and encrypted with the Secure Socket Layer Software. Shopify is also certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This compliance extends to all online stores powered by Shopify.
Purchase for Personal Use Only
You may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. By placing your order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.
All sales are final, however, size exchanges will be honored up to 7 days from when the product was received. Buyer is responsible for any return shipping fees. Sales Tax is charged to those orders shipped within the state of New York. Shipping is also taxed. Sales tax is not charged to orders shipped to states outside of New York.
Shipping & Processing Time
Please allow 10-14 business days to process orders unless otherwise indicated.
Make sure to select the shipping method that best matches your order. If incorrect shipping method is chosen we will automatically adjust and charge you accordingly.
Make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address will be reshipped at your expense. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable.
We are not responsible for any customs fees that may incur with international orders. The customer is entirely responsible for any and all fees set by the customs office of their country. Should an international order be sent back to us due to lack of claim we will contact you to arrange a reshipment or credit to the website. We currently do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Tracking A Package
Once your order leaves our warehouse, please contact USPS for any updates regarding the status of your shipment using the tracking number provided to you. Any international orders that are in-transit for over 20 days, please contact your local customs office for any hold ups and/or required fees.
Once a package has been returned to us due to address issues, we will contact you for reshipment and will be charged a new shipping fee plus taxes. If you do not respond to our email within 30 days, your order is will be expired.
